05/18/2018 First Id like to say how knowledgeable Tony and DiDi are. This is all that they do so they know their stuff!! Very thorough inspection unlike another company who came and were more concerned with a contract! The pricing was affordable even got a military discount. They gave explicit prep instructions...very tedious but necessary. We went with the spray method as we have a mild case thankfully. I highly recommend Phoenix Bedbug Exterminators, you will be relieved when its cleared.

05/11/2018 From the moment Anthony answered the phone, I was impressed. He was helpful, friendly, professional, and so informative. I was able to schedule a free inspection for a rental home that I manage. DiDi went right out, didn't try to push me into a buy, but was great and thorough. The owner chose to treat and they were out again and were fantastic. With over 600 properties that we manage all over the valley, I know we will use them again!

03/29/2018 Anthony and Didi were very helpful with this whole process. They came out and inspected my home at no cost and answered all my questions. When i did schedule the treatment they came out quick the same day. They did a great job making sure to get all the hard to reach spaces. They were friendly and affordable and I recommend them to anyone. They will be back in 30 days for a second spray.

03/13/2018 A couple months ago we found bedbugs on the headboard of our master bed. We were baffled as to how we could have possibly gotten them as we live in a very clean kept apartment and rarely travel. We consulted our landlord at our apartment complex to see what service they provide for extermination and we were told they have a company the hire out for such a job but we were going to be responsible for all costs as she stated we were the ones who brought the bedbugs into our apartment. When the apartment's "preferred extermination company" showed up to inspect they were in and out in 5 mins and hardly spent any time explaining their findings or how they were going to treat the problem/prevent bedbugs from returning. This whole situation had us so frustrated and uneasy. Knowing we were paying for the extermination regardless, we wanted more assurance and better customer service. That's when we found Phoenix Bedbug Expert. We got to work with both Anthony and Didi who were incredibly friendly and informative. They really made us feel reassured about fixing this nightmare of a problem and were able to take the time to answer our questions. They were also very easy to schedule with and flexible to meet our busy schedule. There is nobody better in the business! We are now bedbug free and proud!

02/07/2018 I can't believe I stumbled on a fantastic business. I called around 6pm after work. The owner immediately picked up and took my call. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could send him photos of the bug in question. He identified the bug and it was a fabric eating bug rather than a bed bug. (Thank goodness). But, he put my mind at ease and gave me tips on how to this problem as well as cricket issues. He even said I hope we never have to speak again, but if you end up getting bed bugs, I guess you know who to call. So many businesses like this are closed in the evenings and charge for bug verification checks. Kudos to this owner for being a stand out. Hopefully, I never have to write another review of this business. Thanks again for your swift and genuine help!

01/04/2018 I was sure I had bed bugs as my wife and I had an infestation 5 years ago. I chose Anthony because of the consistent positive reviews on Yelp. It turns out it wasn't bed bugs after all but he easily could've told me it was. I even asked if he would be willing to do it just in case but he said he's obligated to only spray if he sees signs. He could've walked away with an envelope of cash but had the integrity to do the right thing. I'm beyond impressed and would highly recommend Anthony and his company to anyone!

12/11/2017 I called them yesterday afternoon and they arranged to have Didi come out by 5 pm the same day. Once he found my place he came in and looked at the situation. He gave me time to remove the items out of my one closet. He did a thorough job and saturated some areas. Hopefully what he did works. $400 for 3 rooms works for me.

11/08/2017 Unfortunately, I brought these home with me from a trip. At first I thought I was being bit my mosquitos but then I saw one in my bed along with blood and bug shells on my bedsheets. Seriously just writing about this makes me sick. My Dad came over and I asked him to just start just taking everything out of my bedroom and my son's bedroom and putting it in the trash. My Dad literally thought I was going crazy because we weren't seeing any bugs...until we found a million eggs in the seam of my tufted head board. From there, I had my dad take everything to the trash except our mattresses and my nightstands. It was a nightmare.I found Phoenix Bed Bug Expert online and I called them. I talked to Anthony and then I had my Dad call him. My Dad basically dealt with this whole situation for me because I was overwhelmed and basically going crazy. They were awesome and came and sprayed and took care of the problem immediately.I also talked to Didi at one point because I called him as soon as I woke up crying hysterically because I found another bug in my bed less than a week after they sprayed (it takes a week or 2 for all the bugs to die). He answered the phone while he was away on vacation and literally talked me off the ledge. I couldn't believe he answered the phone on vacation.Anyhow it has been months now...I am bug free. I am happy. My Dad is happy. We are very happy at how efficient and caring Anthony and Didi are and we can't recommend them enough if you find yourself in this terrible predicament. My only regret is that I called them before I threw everything away. They could have just sprayed and I could have kept everything.

11/05/2017 I had a few bites over a few day period and after getting one on my neck, I gave up and called. Anthony came on time and inspected all of our bedrooms, couch, taking the time to look over every inch of every sheet, pillow, mattress, box spring, bed etc. He also took the time to help me put all of my bedding back together, which seems like something you SHOULD do, but don't always get. He also was immediately friendly and playful with my kids and dog, which made for a very nice contractor experience. In the end, we found just a small bit of bedbug doooody and one lone female in my room only. He didn't try to push any treatments on me, suggesting I wait it out for a week and see if I get any more bites (if I was up for that). If not (or if I get bit again), he could come back to spray and he talked me through that. He definitely puts his customers first. If I need a spray, you can bet I'll be calling him. UPDATE - turns out I did need a spray as I continued to get bit so he came right back, sprayed the whole house (in a timely and respectful manner) and that solved the problem. I don't ever want to see him again, but that's just because I don't want bedbugs. He'll be my first call if it happens again.

10/25/2017 Having bed bugs feels like the most disgusting thing in the world. Your skin feels itchy and crawly just thinking about it. I must have brought home a creature on one of my many travels this year. Gross. I'm not sure why embarrassment comes with having bed bugs because it's not anyone's fault for getting them. Anyway, I was so grateful that Anthony and Didi tackled our bed bug issue. They inspected our entire home very carefully before suggesting a treatment plan. (This was not the case with another company that I got a quote from.) They also educate you on how to avoid bringing bugs into the home in the future. Their work was fast and efficient! They are also very trustworthy and you won't feel weird about having them in your home. (Something very important to me!)I have a newfound respect for my clothes dryer and mini flashlight......if you have bed bugs, you know what I mean! Bottom line, HIRE THIS COMPANY and put your mind at ease. This is an honest review....I really did have nasty bed bugs and they really did a rock star job in getting rid of them!

10/23/2017 This is my first experience with this company. Decided to give them a try based on reviews. I needed a mobile home inspected for possible bedbugs. Anthony responded to my message within minutes on a Sunday and quickly fit me into their busy schedule within 48 hours. Anthony and Didi arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job of inspecting the home while carefully moving and handling my furniture and personal items. Their high level of customer service will allow me to recommend them to friends and family in the future with confidence. I will definitely use Phoenix Bed Bug Experts for any future bug needs.

10/13/2017 Didi took my call at 6:30am and did the work on a Saturday to accommodate my tight work schedule. He was informative, thorough and helpful. I opted for a full house spray and he caught and extra treated some problem areas. It was a good experience in the middle of a horrible situation! So glad to have my house back.

09/23/2017 I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. It wasn't my favorite home owning moment, but Didi was fantastic!!! He's my new best friend! I called at 6am and he called back soon after. He calmed me down when I was ready to burn my house to the ground. He explained my options and came out promptly to kill the suckers. He went above and beyond. They are the best and I would recommend them at the highest level. Thanks, guys. Truly.

09/17/2017 We recently had a bed bug scare. Anthony, the owner, was more than helpful. He came out, assessed the situation, recommended a spray, and came back to do the spray himself! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had as well as give us tips for the future.

09/13/2017 Oh no, bed bugs. Only a few--probably a reminder of one of out trips to get out of the summer heat--but they were biting us, which is no kind of holiday memory anybody wants. We tried a product from the internet and things quieted down. Then, back they came. Lift up the sheet and we found one. Another wandering around on our new comforter. Yep, just like the pictures. Time to call a professional. After reading the many great reviews of this company, I gave them a call. Didi was there very promptly. He gave the place a careful going over and only found minimal evidence and one pesky little critter on one of the box springs. His recommendation was spray, not the more expensive heat treatment. And yes, if they aren't wiped out he assured me we'll come back and spray again. Next came a crucial part of the process, preparation for the spraying. Evidently, many people think that the bedbug exterminator is supposed to clear out their closest and treat all their clothes. That isn't the way it works. If you want the work done right, you have to put the effort into preparing. We did. While we could have had Didi back the next day, we opted to take a few days to do that preparation. Laying down more of that internet product to help keep things livable, we set to work. Clothes were dried at high temp and placed in plastic bags which were sealed. Sadly, working the dryer so much also meant the air conditioning was working overtime. I don't like to think of the electric bill. Some things also had to go to the cleaner and a few were to heavy for our dryer so off we went to a commercial laundromat. I share all this so you understand your part. Leave out the preparation and I'm not sure how effective the treatment will be. We were in no mood to experiment. One interesting suggestion from friends that might inform future trips. Here in Phoenix automobiles left in the sun become regular ovens. If you wrap things in black plastic bags and leave them in your car for a day in the sun, chances are any bugs will be killed. While I wouldn't use that as our primary treatment approach, I do think it will inform what we do with our bags next time we go out of town. They'll sit in the back of the car wrapped in black plastic garbage bags for a day before coming into the house for unpacking. Let's just say once bitten or more honestly infested and twice careful.Finally, Didi showed up to do the actual spraying. We got the heck out of the house while he did so. Not for as long as we thought; no you can return after a couple of hours. I know the place was sprayed because Didi did track some of the chemicals on the bottom of his shoes. Since we were instructed to not wash the floors for a couple of weeks--explanation below--we've watched those footprints slowly evaporate. That's the whole point of the chemical, to leave it there. As the bugs make contact they die. But, if there are eggs, those new bugs have to hatch and then make contact with the chemical. Hence the no floor washing rule. It is about a two week period for the last of any eggs left in your house to hatch and those new pests to track their way through certain death. It is now two weeks since Didi sprayed our condo. Nary a sighting or a biting, so it is time to write this laudatory review. Just a couple of personal notes to add. First, while I wouldn't wish this scourge on anyone, I certainly would recommend Phoenix Bed Bug Expert if it does happen in your life. Second, in the best tradition of making lemonade from the lemons in your life, we took this opportunity to do a lot of closet clearing. Five bags plus to Goodwill and more to the garbage. The process also focussed us on the carpeting in our bedroom and our actual bed, both of which were getting old and shall we say uncomfortable. New have been ordered, but we are waiting for a full month to pass before having them delivered and installed, just incase we have the Lazarus bug out there, or rather in here.

08/05/2017 I feared that we had bed bugs after staying in a hotel, and then a few months later experiencing a few bug bites. I had read about people picking up bed bugs from hotels. I found Phoenix Bed Bug Experts online. They came out the next day to inspect our home and to my relief found no bed bugs. There was no charge for the inspection. Anthony and DiDi were very knowledgeable and understanding. I was not made to feel silly for thinking I had bed bugs when there were none.

07/15/2017 I called the Bed Bug Experts around 11pm one night after my child was bitten over the course of a week. I originally put it down to mosquitos but decided to investigate her bed while she slept, and there they were tiny creatures crawling out of her box spring. We wasn't sure what they were at first but had our suspicions. We captured them on a piece of tape and started to investigate. My husband and I started googling exterminators and I came across Bed Bug Experts. I looked them up on Yelp before calling and saw that they had great reviews, I was a little suspicious but after looking at all the reviews they seemed genuine so I left them a voice mail. The next morning I called again around 7am and Anthony picked up my call. He said he would get someone out that morning, 11am to be exact. At 11am the door bell rang I was impressed, as many of you probably have experienced it is rare for any business to come on time or even show up in the valley. Didi was at the door. I looked out to see if he had a large van with the words Bed Bug in bold letters all over it but he came in his personal car, I was thankful for that, there is still so much sigma around bed bugs although I have now learnt that you can bring them home from almost anywhere - quite scary. Didi was great, he inspected the area and then the entire house. Turned out we may have caught them in time and the parasites were mostly in the box spring which was now outside and ready to be disposed of. I was still freaked out by the fact we even had them and Didi gave us our options. I opted to have the entire house sprayed as precaution. Didi was completely booked that day and weekend (it happened on a Thursday). I stressed my concerns about getting this under control and peace of mind and even though he had a job across town just a ways outside of Maricopa he said he would come after his job and treat our house. He came around 5:30pm Friday evening. I knew he was doing us a favor it was a long day for him and a drive in the opposite direction. We left the house and he treated it. Once he was done he locked up and called us to let us know what time we could come back in. I can't express how great Didi is, he walked us through the process, giving us instructions on preparation, after treatment advice and how to avoid reoccurrence. He was understanding and friendly. I even texted him a couple of times and he got back to me right away. Thank you Didi you really helped our family and I appreciate that.

06/21/2017 Didi stopped by my house yesterday after we had a bedbug scare. I was so freaked out (I think my toddler brought a few hitchhikers home after a weekend away) but having someone look over my entire house who knew what they were talking about made me feel so much better. In the end, after checking a couple couches and our entire bedroom, he didn't find any sign of an infestation. I'm praying it stays that way but at least I know who to call if a problem ever does occur in the future! He was thorough, friendly, and made it out here quickly- which was super important to me considering I was about to have a mental breakdown about bugs. Thanks again, Didi!

05/16/2017 Anthony and Tyler were amazing. I had a bit of a bug bite scare when I found multiple bites on my legs that followed the typical bed bug bite pattern, so I called and was able to get an appointment two days later for a free inspection. Anthony and Tyler arrived before the appointment time and were so friendly and professional. They offered to check all the bedrooms in a very large house, and were very careful and thorough in checking the mattress, bedframe, and walls around the bed. They even went above and beyond and offered to carry my mattress downstairs as I needed to do that on my own anyway after they left, I hadn't even asked! Thankfully, they didn't find any evidence of the nasty little buggers, but they still offered great advice in how to clean my bedding and mattress just to be sure. I'm thankful I didn't require their extermination services today, but if I ever need it in the future, they will absolutely be the ones I will be calling!

05/15/2017 I just want to say that it is rare today, In the hustle and bustle of our lives, to run into someone that is willing to go the extra mile and take the time to help someone they see on the side of the road. I know I am guilty of driving by when I see someone with a flat and not turning around to do anything about it. Now, if you can find a company who's owner is willing to act in kindness that way, and not even with a client, how much more if you were a client? I was driving down Happy Valley Road and got a flat tire, could stay parked in the bike lane to wait for my husband so I slowly drove about half a mile to the nearest turn off which was 83rd Ave. I was praying that no one would run into me and hat I wouldn't ruin the car by driving on it with a flat for that distance.... as soon as I asked and prayed for help as I was turning into 83rd to be in a safe place, a young man rolled down his windows and asked if he could help... he pulled into the nearest safe place and took the time to help. He just happens to be the owner of this company, he was on his way home and driving the opposite way when he saw me going 5 mph on a flat and decided to turn around. After a long day of work, he was willing to stop and help me.... he was very kind and so humble about helping, the only reason I knew he worked for this company was because he had his work shirt on. I then found out that he was the owner as we talked and he took care of my tire. I am so grateful to you Mr. Anthony! If you are this kind and generous to someone you don't even know, your clients and staff must experience an amazing way of doing business. Thank you for what you did! Thank you for turning around. Thank you for being kind and for letting God tug your heart so that we can both use this story to share with our friends and family. Kind humans exist, we all have it in us, sometimes you just need to turn around. I will remember you always.... some of you may be thinking ... "...man lady, it was just a flat tire..." and you are welcome to your opinion if you've read this far... my point is... a person with that kind of integrity and purpose must be an amazing person to work for and an amazing person to go to when you need help with something going on at your home. 05/14/2017 I went to Las Vegas in late March and stayed at the Bellagio for a night. Came back to Phoenix and started to feel itchy and got waken up at nights finding myself covered in bites. I have never had experience with bed bugs before and I thought those bites were mosquito bites. So I did everything I can to keep the doors and windows closed so that I don't get any more mosquito. However that didn't work, I was still getting bitten every night and almost to the point that I couldn't sleep anymore. Distressed I am, then came to Yelp and called Phoenix Beg Bug expert for an inspection. Didi came within a day and found traces of bedbugs straight away...those disgusting creatures that I had no idea how I even brought them home. I wish I noticed these earlier so that I can sue Bellagio! Didi was super helpful and he did the heat treatment for my room which was the only room that was infested, and sprayed my entire apartment. The whole process lasted around a few hours and it's now 4 weeks post the treatment, there's no sign of bedbugs or bites. I don't normally leave a review for businesses, but I feel it's important that people who are suffering from bedbug bites can get effective and professional help. My apartment manager also sent their pest control people to come before I called Phoenix Bed Bug Expert but they didn't even spot any bedbugs....I personally would highly recommend this company for their service. I chose the heat treatment for the room because I have a lot of clothes and it would be nightmare for me to run everything through the dryer. If you can't afford the heat treatment and can put all of your clothes into the dryer for at least 30 minutes, then you can choose the spray option which is significantly cheaper. Now that I've been through the bedbugs dilemma, I will NEVER EVER sleep in anyone else's bed (hotel, airbnb) without checking the bed and mattress!

04/25/2017 Well, it's been a little over three weeks since we had our house treated for bed bugs. So far we have not seen one of those awful things crawling anywhere. Anthony was terrific. He came out and inspected our house and explained all of our options to us. We wanted the heat treatment and the follow up with the insecticide. Di Di was the technician that came out and he did an exceptional job. He was extremely professional and very friendly. They gave us peace of mind through an ugly time!

04/21/2017 Anthony is the owner of the company and I am happy to say he is the nicest person I have ever done business with. He came out and inspected my place and told me what he could do. Came back the next day and did a terrific job. I am so thrilled not seeing any crawling bugs. I very highly recommend Anthony and his company. He knows the bug business and he will kill them for you. 03/23/2017 Having bed bugs isn't something u walk around telling everyone you have. I got Anthony's name from a friend. He did a wonderful job inspecting my house. He took the time to show me so I could see them for myself (thank goodness we only see a couple). Even though Anthony's phone wouldn't stop ringing the whole time he was here he didn't rush. He took the time to answer all my question. He came by the next day to spray. He had to move some of my things out of his way and he stacked everything in a neat pile. He wasn't ruff with my stuff. I hope I don't have to refer the Bed Bug Experts to anyone but if I do they will be in good hands. Thank you Anthony!!

03/14/2017 I called and spoke to Anthony the second I found a the bugs. He was very professional and understanding and scheduled a quote for the same day. Didi came out and showed me what I should look for In the future and answered all my questions. We scheduled treatment for the following afternoon and Didi explained every detail of what was needed for prep and what would happen for the next 30 days. Later on that evening, we needed to change the treatment method per my landlord's request. Didi came out and helped make sure all of the additional prep was adjusted and him and Anthony both worked into the evening heat treating my whole condo. Once the treatment was finished Didi called and gave me further instructions for the next 30 days once again. These guys were FANTASTIC! I am so thankful I called them and we could fix this problem. I have nothing now but confidence I will get a full nights sleep!You guys rock!

02/17/2017 Anthony and didi came out for an inspection after we had a scare with my mom visiting us after she had bed bugs. They were awesome and know their stuff. Luckily we got a clean bill of health, but we will definitely use them if we ever have an issue. Thanks for taking the time to come to our house on a holiday weekend!

02/15/2017 My son came home with some new friends and we needed to get rid of them fast. Didi came the same day I called and inspected our house. We set up to have our house do e the next morning. He was great and honest, and their services are more affordable then other places we looked at. I wouldn't recommend anyone other then these guys to help murder the little uninvited hitchhikers.

11/06/2016 I hate everything about bed bugs. This company sprayed one time and we saw bugs for about 2 weeks after they sprayed. I was told to wait 30 days before getting another spray. It's been hell these last couple weeks but my kids haven't had any new bites. I've been checking their beds every night and we are still in the clear. Thank you for caring so much about our family. These guys are the best.

10/10/2016 I was so freaked out when I found bedbugs in my house. I was not sure what to do because I was embarrassed to tell anyone. My house is extremely clean so It was a mystery to me how I got them. I immediately called Phoenix Bug Expert and made an appointment. Anthony showed up the next morning and was very professional and seemed to really care. He thoroughly inspected my house and answered all my questions. I give them 5 stars for sure and would recommend Anthony and his team!

10/05/2016 Today I made a call out to Phoenix Bed Bug Expert, Anthony answered and was polite and honest from the very beginning. I scheduled a date and time, Anthony made it out to my house the same day. He did a very thorough inspection, checking every room and the living room. Anthony did a great job taking care of our problem and answering any questions we had. I would recommend Anthony and Phoenix Bed Bug Experts to anyone and everyone.

09/14/2016 I was so afraid when I found out that i had bed bugs. Anthony came over right away and assessed the situation. We decided to go with a heat treatment. Tyler came over and was very professional. I have not seen a live bug or a bite since the day of treatment. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

09/08/2016 Amazing customer service!!!!! It's been a month since Anthony came out and sprayed our home. We have no complaints at this time. We haven't had any reoccurrences. We initially got a quote from a competitor and they tried to charge us for the heat treatment, which was well over $1000. Anthony inspected our whole house and let us know that although effective, our bugs were localized to one room and there was no need to spend that kind of money on a service that we didn't need. If anything else comes up, I will update.2 thumbs up for these guys!!!! Check them out first!

08/28/2016 I will say our first impression was less than desirable. What this company has going for it is an owner who cares about his company and his reputation. The owner made it his mission to make us both a customer and a satisfied customer. I have held off almost a month and to this day we seem to still be in the clear. He came in, did what he said he would do and left us extremely satisfied.

08/16/2016 Bed bugs Yuck! Think you can get rid of them on your own? Think again. I tried just about everything to get rid of them, but they just kept re-appearing over and over again. For months they ruled my house! Then I called Phoenix Bed Bug Experts and they came out, gave me an estimate and a few days later, had me on the schedule to rid my home of those pesky little bugs. Now, they're GONE, GONE, GONE!! No more Bed Bugs!! Once again, I'm in charge of my home, guaranteed! Thank you so much, Anthony. 08/11/2016 Having Bed Bugs is definitely a gross and insecure feeling. Worrying about people coming and going inside your home and if they have extra "baggage" is stressful. After having a walk through and estimate done by Anthony he guaranteed to fix the problem. He treated our home and we couldn't have had a better person. Such great work ethic and very professional about the whole situation, gave us a peace of mind. Very satisfied.

08/07/2016 One of my biggest gripes is service technicians who show up late for an appointment, or worse, don't show up at all. These guys got here right when they said they would, and they were quick and efficient in both the inspection and the treatment. Their price was quite reasonable for everything they did, and they were very thorough in checking and treating places I hadn't even thought about. It's been months since the treatment and I've been sleeping comfortably and undisturbed by those horrible little vampire bugs that haunted me before. I would highly recommend Phoenix Bed Bug Expert to anyone for their professional extermination services.
